How Do Groups Work?
Only coaches and league admins can create groups. Coaches should only create one group for their school to organize their debaters and volunteers. League admins should only create one group for their league which will behave like a parent group to all groups made by their coaches.
Debaters and volunteers should find and join a total of two groups. One that is associated with their school and their other that is their league. If your school or league is not yet registered please join the school and or league named “floater.”
League admins can create a group that allows coaches and debaters to join. Announcements, registration, and league resources can all be organized within this group.
Coaches can create a group that allows debaters and volunteers to join. Announcements, scheduled practices, and other collaborative tools can be organized within this group. Coaches can monitor their debaters progress.
